MAKING ‘X+Y’ EASIER WITH CUEMATH
Manan Khurma,
Founder & Chairman , Cuemathage: 37
WHEN MANAN Khurma started tutoring high schools students, one thing that troubled him was the fear of maths among students. In 2013, Khurma set up Cuemath for game-based learning, where mathematical concepts are taught via strategies focusing on engagement and practice. The platform has 200,000 active users and almost 5,000 tutors. Cuemath offers services in 80 markets globally. ”We encourage tutors to put in a minimum of four hours,” says Khurma. It translates into a take-home of ₹50,000 per month. Each group has 2-4 students only.
