Aarthi Subramanian is a name to reckon with in the corporate world. The Tata veteran started her career with TCS nearly 28 years ago. In June this year, she was appointed as an additional director of Tata Industries. Around the same time last year, she became the chief digital officer of Tata Sons. Closely working with the group’s chairman, N. Chandrasekaran, she is responsible for the firm’s digital initiatives and delivery governance. With chief technology officer Gopichand Katragadda stepping down, it is believed that she will drive technology and innovations for the group.
