Zaveri puts a great deal of time and effort to build a culture in her company so that it stays ahead of the industry. NRB’s financials have grown stronger with its profit after tax registering nearly 21% growth in FY19. Its turnover rose to above ₹940 crore, and it moved up to No. 323 on the Fortune India Next 500 list in 2019 from 500 in 2017. During the year, NRB saw 10.4% growth in volumes; its growth was 11.4% by value compared to the auto com - ponents industry’s 6.4%. Zaveri is a double major in urban planning and anthropology from Wellesley College, Massachusetts.
