She’s spent eight years in key management positions with Accenture in India, as well as the Asean region. A gold medallist from the XLRI School of Business, Menon lives in Bangalore and was earlier part of the executive teams at Levi Strauss, Akzo Nobel, Cargill, and Talisma Corp. But there were no bigticket commercial deals last year. Menon says Accenture has started work with governments in Maharashtra, Sikkim, and Nagaland, to help transform governance. They also opened a new technology centre in Kolkata. While Accenture doesn’t reveal region specific numbers, India is the largest country by manpower for the group.
