Accenture in India is transforming its business with new offerings in digital, cloud, and security-related services. Under Menon, in April 2016, Accenture opened a new state-of-the-art cybersecurity facility in the Accenture Global Delivery Network in Bengaluru. The centre provides 24/7 holistic and inter-disciplinary cyber-security capabilities. Under Menon’s leadership, Accenture’s talent base in India grew to over 140,000 employees and there’s been a concerted push to train the workforce in new skills such as digital, design thinking, DevOps (development and operations), cloud, agile development, and security, among other areas.
