Sameer Nerurkar, managing director of Sameera Habitats, a real estate development company, is the quintessential business traveller, up in the air some 20 days each month and is mostly jetting around between London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Mumbai. Nerurkar, 44, also knows how important it is to get away from the daily grind and take a break. Which is why he likes to oversee the development of villas and custom-designed homes on the 2,000 acres that his company owns in Alibag, a scenic coastal town near Mumbai. Those who’ve signed up include Apollo Tyres managing director Neeraj Kanwar, Dabur India’s vice chairman Amit Burman, and actor Sanjay Dutt.
