Adani Saur Urja and Adani Renewable Energy Holding Nine, subsidiaries of Adani Green Energy, have incorporated wholly-owned subsidiaries.
Qatar Investment Authority has acquired a 2.7% stake in Adani Green Energy after a promoter entity of the firm offloaded 2.83% shares via block deal on Monday.
Sequentially, the consolidated net profit dropped 36.3% and total revenue fell 19.5% during the quarter under review.
Adani Green shares have tumbled 73% in the last twenty sessions, from ₹1,916.80 on January 24 to ₹512.35 intraday today.
The renewable energy arm of the Adani Group has posted 49% YoY growth in its consolidated net profit at ₹149 crore, driven by higher revenues.
These new subsidiaries are Adani Renewable Energy Thirty Six, Adani Renewable Energy Forty Ltd, and Adani Renewable Energy Forty Seven Ltd.
The Adani Group stock has risen 159% in the past one year and 67% in the calendar year 2022.
With market capitalisation of ₹4.36 lakh crore, the Adani group company surpassed telecom major Bharti Airtel, becoming the tenth most valued Indian firm in terms of m-cap.
