The incident happened on Air India's Paris-Delhi flight on December 6, 2022, when a drunk man allegedly urinated on the blanket of a woman. The man was let go after a written apology.
Despite causing harassment to woman, no immediate action was allegedly taken against the accused. The airline says it has filed a complaint and also formed a committee to look into the matter.
These pilots will work with a full-service career for a maximum of five years after retirement at 58, till the age of 65 years
DGCA says it’s a matter of serious concern and unacceptable. Air India found to be denying boarding to passengers holding valid tickets despite instructions to abide by rules.
Tata Group, which owns both carriers along with Air India Express and Vistara, has been trying to promote synergy between its airlines.
