The share of Bajaj Housing Finance debuted at ₹150 on the BSE and NSE against the IPO price of ₹70 per share.
Bajaj Housing Finance shares are expected to list at a premium of 108% over the IPO price of ₹70 apiece, with m-cap seen doubling from ₹58,300 crore at the time of the issue.
The QIB segment received record bids worth ₹2.6 lakh crore, while subscriptions in NII and retail categories were ₹38,659 crore and ₹15,195 crore at the upper end of the price band.
Ahead of opening of the IPO, shares of Bajaj Housing Finance were commanding a GMP of 81% in the grey market. The GMP of Tolins Tyres and Kross was 13.27% and 20.83%, respectively.
The three-day IPO of Bajaj Housing Finance, comprising fresh issue of ₹3,560 crore and OFS of ₹3,000 crore, will close on September 11.
