YES Bank will sell up to 10% stake each to global private equity investors Carlyle Group and Advent International to raise equity capital of ₹8,900 crore.
CA Rover Holdings, a Carlyle Group firm, held a 3.09% stake, or 2.92 crore equity shares, in the credit card issuer.
Carlyle-Puri move to invest ₹4,000 crore in PNB Housing Finance will await the outcome of a legal scrutiny by the Securities Appellate Tribunal.
The firm has been valued at about $1.6 billion in this round.
