EaseMyTrip is looking for acquisitions in non-air space, reveals Prashant Pitti.

The company’s board has approved a proposal to set up a joint venture, Jeewani Hospitality, which will oversee the construction of a luxurious hotel in Ayodhya, close to Ram Temple.
The company’s market cap rose to ₹8,959.44 crore.
The share price of the travel company has zoomed 126% in the last one year, from its 52-week low of ₹29.69 on November 23, 2021, to ₹67.10 intraday today.
The board of EaseMyTrip will meet on November 23 to consider and approve the issuance of bonus shares and subdivision of equity shares.
