Apart from Tesla, Musk now runs four companies as its chief -- SpaceX, brain-chip startup Neuralink and tunnelling company The Boring Company, and Twitter.
Tesla stock falls amid reports that Elon Musk could sell his stake in the company to fund the $21 billion equity commitment he guaranteed to close the $44 billion Twitter deal.
