Under her leadership, her firm advised Reliance Retail in its acquisition of some businesses of the Future Group for $3.3 billion. Her firm also advised multiple investors, from Facebook to Intel Capital, for their investment of over $20 billion into Jio Platforms. The firm’s Mumbai office has grown to 200+ lawyers, from four in 2015, while there has been a 100% increase in the number of women partners at the firm since its inception.
