When Covid-19 struck, Menon ensured that essential services of Accenture’s global clients did not suffer disruption. The firm developed new offerings, and supported the government with its digital capabilities to reduce the impact of the pandemic. Under Menon’s stewardship, Accenture set up two innovation hubs in Hyderabad and Pune in February, to add to the one in Bengaluru. She has also built a culture of equality, with a growing number of women (about 24%) in leadership roles, and is an exponent of LGBTQ rights.
