It has been a mixed year for Kola. A prominent venture capital investor, she continued making investments, including the likes of writing a cheque of $120 million for Cure.fit, along with IDG Ventures and Accel. She also saw the departure of key team members from her fund. Kalaari, which has assets under management of $650 million, has invested in over 40 firms, including Urban Ladder, Zivame, Via.com, AppsDaily, Holachef, Dream11, BlueStone, Power2SME, Crowdfire, YourStory, POPxo, RKSV, and StalkBuyLove.
