Covid-19 has transformed the digital journey—from being important, to one that is urgent. The pandemic has also seen Brand India being enhanced because of the way some of the mission-critical businesses were serviced efficiently during this crisis, says Keshav Murugesh, Group CEO, WNS, and former chairman, Nasscom.
