Social media influencers may have to pay up to ₹50 lakh fine for not following rules
The violations of the guidelines will attract a fine of ₹10 lakh on manufacturers, advertisers and endorsers, whereas a penalty of ₹50 lakh can be imposed on subsequent offences.
