She just doesn’t slow down. As CEO of the biggest business unit of the Capgemini Group, Jayanthi continues to focus relentlessly on increasing the footprint of Capgemini India. With headcount rising 18% in a year to 52,000 in June 2014, she says Capgemini is on track to achieve its target of “having 50% of group strength in India”. She has also been appointed chairperson of the board of Capgemini Sweden. Back home, she started a Capgemini innovation lab, with focus on digital commerce.
